High-volume NetSuite cash application without losing track of invoices

If you apply customer payments in NetSuite against dozens or hundreds of open invoices, the Accept Customer Payment screen gets slow and brittle. Checking invoices one by one makes it easy to lose track of what you already selected and applied. Moving to another page does not clear your selections. Changing a filter can drop a checked invoice only when that invoice no longer matches the filter, for example after narrowing by invoice date.

CSV import of Customer Payments works for some teams. AR and bank remittance platforms (HighRadius, Celigo Cash Application Manager, ZoneReconcile, and similar SuiteApps) work when you want a separate remittance-matching system. Many AR users still need to stay on Accept Customer Payment, paste a remittance from Excel, and apply the matches with a quick human review before they click Save in NetSuite.

1. Paste invoice / PO references from Excel (two columns: Ref | Amount, or three: Ref | Discount | Amount). Paste each reference once. A plain reference applies Amt. Due; a PO or group reference can tick several rows; REF=amount is a running cap, and rows after the amount is used up show Cap used (0.00 paid, Amt. Due still open in the report).
2. Review every match and exception before anything is written.
3. Apply matching lines on the current page or across pages (All pages scan, up to 20 pages).
4. You check the totals and click Save in NetSuite yourself. ApplyFast never clicks Save.

FAQ

Do I lose checked invoices when I change page?

No. Moving page to page does not clear your selections. A filter can remove a checked invoice only if that invoice no longer matches the filter, such as invoice dates.

Is ApplyFast a full cash application automation suite?

No. It is a lightweight helper inside Accept Customer Payment. It does not replace bank remittance ingest, lockbox AI, or SuiteApp-grade AR automation.
